Summary of software versions for the '4000 series camera systems.

I'll try and keep this up to date as new versions appear. If you need the actual software you will need to contact your authorised Sony supplier or Sony Prime Support.

If you choose to update software yourself, be careful to go via all appropriate intermediate stages, including PLD and loader upgrades, and follow installation instructions carefully. The best option is to go via the helpdesk and get a Sony engineer to do it for you.

These newsletters are getting on a bit now, but there's loads of useful information about the HDC-1500 camera...still a workhorse of the OB and Studio HD camera world.
